You know damage is out of control when...

According to Champion.gg the top 9 supports have the highest winrate with either heal or ignite (it'd be 15, but at the 10 spot leona takes ignite exhaust). None of them take exhaust, because its more important to either heal and save your adc, or ignite and kill the enemy. Exhaust is apparently too ineffective at either saving your adc, or killing the enemy.

Or maybe I'm reading too much into it an exhaust needs buffs.
