With the changes to early mana regen changed from masteries
I was thinking that Mana Manipulator should come back.

Drunk Rummate1 votesI've been running 21-9-0 masteries on Ahri a bit and it really doesn't feel that restricting to play without the extra regen. I think the issue is being a bit blown out of proportion.
Between dorans passive regen and the mana you get back for last hitting, you can still pretty much spam Q in lane if you're last hitting well enough.
