Any love plans for Kassadin or Singed ?

So, these 2 champs are kinda in a bad situation. Kassadin has been nerfed and then overbuffed, then overnerfed and so on and so forth. However Kassadin spent almost the entire year MIA, and while he is not the funnest opponent, he is not nearly as bad as others. Give is Q a scaling cdr so I can feel good maxing it first, or make his slow last longer, I don't know, but something should be done, but try not to overdo it. Then there is Singed. Holly crap I love this guy so much. But I feel like that unless it's 4 fun, there is not much of a reason to pick him. He is kinda just there and there is just not much to him. His passive is not that great anymore, since the Liandry + Rylai's is a better build now then the ROA + Tear. And his W is just wonky and kinda derpy to use. It could be something more interesting, but I not to sure on how much work Riot would want to give him. So Riot, are there any plans to give them love ? PS: They both could really use a skin
