Thoughts on rengar with stormrazor?

I personally love it, its like stattik but better. It only costs 300 more gold and gives attack speed, a bunch of ad, and a guaranteed crit. I've started to build it second or third item, completely replacing stattik. Anyway, what are your thoughts on rengar with stormrazor?
