New Talon towards the midlane.

Where is the the blink. I know there were complaints(I'm guessing from adcs who always complain) but now his engages are way more predictable. His previous champs he would counter now could snare and stop him before he even engages. He doesn't even belong in the midlane with him offering no defense or escapes to CC. He only has two moves available in midlane : Q and the W. Also his W is way more slower and allows more time for players to escape(when it comes to getting hit to the second wave again). Please riot do something with his new E in lane. I suggest make it like fizzes dodge. If that proves to be to strong make nerf his damage. As of now he lacks any sort of cc or escapes but with that slow W.
