Kindred is going to need a buff to their Innate cooldown on Dominion

Sorta like how Garen got a map specific buff to his Courage and Pirate passively gains loot.

Because otherwise generating stacks is going to be a pain in the ass given the shorter game length and the lack of Jungle monsters to kill.

Y'know, not to mention the fact that Kindred is a close range pure auto-attack ADC on a map that eats close range pure auto-attack ADCs alive.
