As if the BE earn rate isn't already bad enough, I don't think I would want any more of this 'feature'.

Sounds like a bug to me. I think you should write down your exp before every game, and the next time it happens, check your exp before and after restarting the client. It could just be a visual error when in reality it is giving you exp.

Yeah might try that sometime. Because what's gonna happen is that when this happens, the end-game lobby XP-bar-thingy will show 0 progression and the match history within player profile will permanently display a complete blank in the place where it's supposed to show how much XP you get from the match.

It might just be visual as you said, as I sincerely hope the bug is actually not you know, a bug with XP calculation.

However, I do still urge Riot looks into this problem, and even if it's entirely visual, still clearing it up would be highly desirable. And if it's actually there, really just fix it.

Then if I may, I suggest you make a new post under the "Report a bug" section. The people who work on this stuff are more likely to see it if it's posted under the correct board.

While I'm thinking of it, you can also check your match history to see how much exp each match gave you. If you can remember which game gave you 0 exp, you could look it up under your match history, and see if it says the same thing there.

While I'm thinking of it, you can also check your match history to see how much exp each match gave you. If you can remember which game gave you 0 exp, you could look it up under your match history, and see if it says the same thing there.

Yeah as I was saying, if I exit the end-game lobby and return to the hub, and then jump into the match history to look at the XP gain, the section would flat out be blank (not even showing "+0" or anything, just blank) should the match somehow ended in 0 XP gain.

I'll file in another thread in bug reports just in case.

That's interesting. Has this happened more than once, and if so, were they during the same session (i.e. the client being opened once) or over multiple sessions? (has happened after closing / restarting league at different points of time)
