How to balance fiddle sticks without touching any stats or cc

All Fiddlesticks needs to keep his silence, fear, and all of his damage. Is a global sound when he starts casting ult. Nothing insanely loud like sion or rek'sai But like a global that sounds like bird wings flapping or whispering.

He may not need nerfs now, but IMO this is a better way to go about nerfing him next time around if he starts getting to strong again instead of nerfing his CC durations or damage.

and this is coming from someone that hates fiddle as well, and has only played about 5 fiddle games. (in aram cuz it got me fiddle)

next thing you know, you're going to be back here asking for global sounds for when a enemy places a ward and a ping to tell you where it was............ along with a global sound, a small footstep sound, for when jungler is walking nearby .....

wo wo wo lol You got me all wrong Fiddle is in my top 5-6 fav champions in this game and was the first champion I ever owned. I just don't play him that much because I don't jungle (I tried fiddle middle a long time ago and it didn't pan out)

And this isn't a nerf I want to see like in the next couple of patchs. Im talking way down the road when Fiddle becomes top 10 pick rate again and they look to remove his silence or reduce his fears duration.

I would much rather look at this to see if its something that could work out. At least test it out in the PBE and see if its an option before they start taking stats away or removing effects from spells.

+1. Plz, plz, plz don't nerf Fiddlesticks anymore. I have pretty much lost every game I played against him during my failed drive for plat last season, but always thought it was due to me being outplayed, not due to Fiddle OP. If I can admit that he's not OP but rather I got outplayed, so can everyone.
