i feel the fiora nerfs are in the right direction but slightly off

"Fiora -Duelist's Dance (Passive) movement speed lowered from 20/30/40/50% to 15/20/25/30%. -Grand Challenge (R) - no longer grants passive's movement speed bonus inside area."

i feel like, fiora's dueling should be gated a bit more, instead of just being flat worse, and you lose the movement speed when you need it to be the most aggressive (i feel champions should be encouraged to play aggressively, especially fight focused champs like fiora)

so what if her passive didn't grant movement speed at all, make her weaker at chasing targets/harassing/escaping, but kept the movement speed on proc during her ultimate, so she has the speed to fight you when she issues her grand challenge, she'd be worse at running people down in general except whe she ults for it, and a lot of divers/assassins are gated by their ultimates for kill pressure, this just makes this more true for fiora

so the change should be

Fiora -Duelist's Dance (Passive) movement speed removed -Grand Challenge (R) receives 20/35/50% increased movement speed after striking a vital during ult duration
