A Request For Help From Xayah and Rakan's Art Team

Hello! My name is Luke, i'm an unranked player on the NA server whose gone by the name BLLLK FLLG and Veraska in the past, i've been playing league of legends for about 6 years and it's one of the biggest parts of my life, i love this game, i love esports, i love the world of league, i love everything about it, the only thing i think i love more then league is my long term partner (whose name will be kept under wraps for now)

she's been playing since the beginning of season 1 and taught me how to play league a long time ago, we started dating right out of highschool and were friends since early childhood, we've been intertwined for about 20 years now, and we're thinking it's time we started moving forward with things, we're looking to get a trailer soon, and we've been toying with the idea of matching tattoo's for awhile now! theres a lot of good ideas out there, a sun to her moon, koi fish, ying yang, all good couple tattoo's but we wanted something a little more specific to us, and that brings us here!

she plays xayah, like, a lot of xayah, it's her favorite champion. And I play rakan! we're that gross couple that plays bot lane together and are super into the love birds

Anyways, we were thinking, our favorite pairing in the game that we play together all the time would be perfect! so we started thinking what would be a good xayah and rakan themed tattoo, and then it dawned on us, xayah wears rakans feathers on a little charm thing, and rakan wears xayahs, so we wanted to get those little bird skull things tattoo'd on us, but none of the pictures on line to use as templates do it justice, we wanted something that felt like league, something as natural and had that magic that xayah and rakan naturally already have, and thats where (hopefully) xayah and rakan's art team comes in

we were hoping somebody had some leftover/unused concept art of the skull and feather charms that we could use as templates, or maybe someone would be willing to draw a piece from scratch, something to give it that little extra flair and importance for my 1st tattoo

if you could upvote this or spread this for visibility purposes i'd very much appreciate it

hey there! This is really sweet and so in the spirit of what Xayah and Rakan would want :) I'm the delivery lead for Champion team and might be able to help. I will look for additional artwork, but it's possible we've already released everything we had. And we wouldn't be able to make a new piece right now - we're full steam ahead at finishing the next champion.
BUT I will look and get back to you!

Hi Luke: I looked through everything we have and I think I found something that will help, but unfortunately there's no final ultimate close-up of those objects. It was one of the first things designed for the champions that the team went "that's cool! let's keep it!" and so it didn't get as many detail revisions as say, Xayah's feathers (which got dozens of detailed variations). BUT I think these should work to help a tattoo artist create the design!

That's very sweet and I wish you the best of luck. League is what helped me stay in touch and spend time with my girlfriend when I was away for college. We couldn't see each other often and wanted to spend time together, she loves JRPGs, especially KH but never played PvP before or any game like League. At first it was rough but through dedication and help of my roommates we trained her to become a decent Sup. I was always an ADC so I never had to change my role but it was fun training her to Sup. We are also one of those lovey dovey bot lane Duo couples. We sometimes do amazing but most of the time we end up like you lol but have fun doing it since we got to be together. When Rakaan and Xayah came out she was super excited to duo together with them, sadly we never got the chance because her laptop could no longer handle playing League and as a broke Art Major graduate she can't afford a new one.

However maybe I can see if she could do something for you if you can't get a hold of Riot. She is amazing at a variety of different art, actually she wanted to be a Concept Artist for video games like league, sadly she is slowly giving up on that dream simply do to how difficult it is to get into that field and her lack of faith in herself. I would gladly ask her to sketch out a piece for you two if your interested, free of charge, she would love to do it for a cause like this. Love is her weakness and so are romantic gamer couples. Doing a google image search for "Xayah cosplay" and "Rakan cosplay" gives a LOT more to look through and hopefully find some better source images. You might even be able to find some of the cosplayers and get some better pictures or even a short video turnaround to get the perfect angles.
