Your standard Plat-elo hell game

Standard. If this doesn't happen in each ranked game, I am shocked:

9:46 - Jungler dies for a third time and then babyragequits.

11:30 - ADC dies under tower and declares "open bot" in all chat

15:00 - Someone doesn't surrender.

15:01-17:40 - Top lane splitpushes while jungle, adc, and support are standing in fountain. I'm trying to defend 1v5.

So many people leave plat games, and this is SO COMMON, that I've dc'd before for less than 2 minutes (about 7 minutes in) and I come back (9 minutes in) and our team had instantly given up, is sitting at fountain, and they're on our inhibitors.

And I don't blame them.

Welcome to elo hell - where plat players leave instantly when they die, farm is stolen by a teammate, someone pings them 1 too many times, anyone gives any advice or criticism, or the words "lets group" are uttered. **Oh, and no one gets punished. ** Don't worry, they'll do it again in your next promo game too.

This is the thing tilting me the most atm. At 15 min u already know if u'll lose or win most of time... but theses Plat Monkey don't own this skill.

Hello, I read your post. I just posted something similar. I am not at all presuming to know anything about the tier you're in, but it would seem we are struggling with much the same problem. The system matches players up that do all of these silly things, while others who don't are left to reap the consequences. This may indicate a flaw in the system all throughout the ladder. I had a jungler once who went for a solo invade on the enemy blue at around 2:10 both mid and top were pushed in, he ended up dying as he got collapsed by three people, spammed mia pings then quit the game without saying a word.

That was pretty much the end of that game as we opened mid around 10 mins as it was 9-1

Yeah I am trying it D5 on my main account and then I'll either smurf some new champs or maybe taker a break from the game.

Maybe it's not worth it though. Plat 1 and plat 2 have been pretty unenjoyable.

I got demoted from P5 all the way down to G3. Got sick of low plat elo pro plays, started flaming and now im perma banned.. Doesnt matter which server you play on, everything under master is shit.

platinum. the elo where you have to duo Q with diamond+ to climb.

yes there is the 1% that statistically lucks out of these matches. but like me or not , or like what am saying or not. 7 out of my last 13 losses had a smurf duo Queuing with a team mate and they have 80+% winrate. I played against an ekko with 100% winrate. a J4 with 100% winrate. all within the same 7 game stretch.

plat is realy elo hell im in plat and my games are win lose win lose win lose win lose i got up from silver 2 to plat 4 in like 4 weeks and fuck me in plat all of the players that in there are just fucking dumb AF i cant play league anymore

platinum is true hell in this game. it's been the worst elo to get through ever since the tiers were implemented, cause it's where players are actually getting "good" but somehow the egos are massive despite only being in plat and no matter the makeup of any team there are always heavy tilters on both sides. you get a lead early and the game is pretty much done because all sense goes out the window for whoever fell behind.

this kind of shit games happens and is frustrating watching your lp fly away like this but... sometimes you get lp because enemy team has the ragequitters too.

And btw you can climb easily out of platinum if you know what you are doing and don’t tilt.

man you think this shit is bad. earlier today my score for my team was 4 to 20 at 15 minutes.

I had 4 kills and was 4/1. that means the other 4 members (including my support who is somehow dying with me winning lane) are all feeding their ass off.

Hats off to the ekko who died 4 times in 8 minutes and didn't build any magic resist until he was 0/8 a few minutes later.

props as well to the one guy who didn't vote yes at 15 minutes to surrender so we had to play another 5 minutes where we just got dove and over and over and over as a team. like legit they could just ignore our towers. Fed ass khazix,riven, and akali.

as an immobile adc it was a nightmare. i ended up dying 3 times and going positive.

plat is cancer. but every elo is cancer. the reason plat feels so bad is you think players would have learned how to play by now, but nope. we are all still trash.
