riots so good at making balanced super tanky dps machines! I mean who doesn't want a champion that you cant kill that also does 3 maybe 4x your damage?!?

I agree.

My only quarrel are tanky/bruiser champion damage. You should not be able to go full tank in lane and out duel a , who is a duelist. Juggernauts like were given ability changes for %health and other things to counteract the tank meta, which worked and actually was a clever idea. Now it is just being abused as base damage and is able to out damage champions that ONLY have damage centered kits for the most part.

vayne is "balanced". illaoi is "balanced"

both are more broken than tahm kench
