Lee Sin's sits at 44/44 out of all junglers WR; still isn't deserving of buffs?

Yes.

To my knowledge, the reason is because most of his power is during early to mid game. He has the potential to be an excellent ganker and excels in ganks as opposed to other junglers. You have to factor in that win rates do not clearly represent the game state, as elo and new changes effect the play rate of certain champions. It is possible that some skilled Lee Sin players might be playing Kayn more and that might effect win rate.

Buff him and he'll steadily warp the meta back to early game with fighter/assassin junglers.

He has been in the limelight sense release. They will probably buff him again after worlds and he will be annoying as ever, even though I dont see why anyone cares but mains.
