Any number crunchers wanna tell me if Rageblade Varus is worth it?

Would be nice to run black cleaver on Varus simply because rageblade + hurricane would stack it fast, but obviously need a last whisper item if they are tanky as Hell.

It's fantastic if your enemy team is composed of squishies and bruisers. Versus tanks it's not that great.
I usually go since I'm just sub 2.5 attack speed, and I think Bork would be a waste of a slot. I grab 
and then afterwards to take advantage of the AP bonuses to my Blight stacks, which is complimeted with the Guinsoo's boost, leaving me with a slot for whatever item I wanna grab.
