...he is new. Give him some time to let people learn how to play with and against him. Just as you wouldn't judge any other new champs win rates and numbers this early, why would Shen be any different?

To be fair, Udyr was fine until they pushed out more and more movement speed Items, which scale insanely well with him.

Udyr has become stronger due to Luden's echo. I won't be surprised to see some changes soon.
Ahri is in a good spot overall.
Zed has constantly been touched. Even the next patch has made some changes to him in preparation of the new item. Fiora still needs a little work but they just fixed her issues with her passive.

I wouldn't really say they have gone untouched :)

I went against a Shen that seemed to know what he was doing and that early game damage and range of initation is pretty scary. Let the dust settle and we shall see.
