Rek Sai is a bit too strong

I have started playing rek sai with a bruiser build and for some reason I am damn near 1 shotting people. Its getting ridiculous. Im doing something like 1/4 their HP per Auto with a bruiser build. and if they flash i just ult.

all you really need is warrior, titanic and tank and you're gonna do a lot of damage

Yeah I remember playing her once... first time... I was feeding (something like 2/7) yet I could still easily kill their fairly fed Orianna pretty damn easily (my ult fucking killed them from 1/3 health).
