He was mega fucked over by the preseason , with the nerf to Last Wisper , the removal of the brutalizer and removing the masteries that improved ad (Warlord , Brute Force and Martial Mastery) without him receiving a single buff have made him fall so behind it's kinda sad. Could we at least talk about him ?

He has long range damaging poke, he has safe laning phase, he can run away easily, etc. He's not great right now, but I remember when he was, and it was honestly just frustrating.
I want Jayce to be good, but I just think it's going to take more than number changes to do it. To be healthy, I think some things may have to change with his kit itself.

Remember when Jayce mid could land 1 nuke on the lane opponent, jump on him, and kill him? No matter who the lane opponent was or who was winning the lane? It was awesome hahaha I loved Jayce

And that is what lead him to be nerfed. I love Jayce, but his concept is crazy. I mean he used to nuke from a far and still be a durable bruiser, it was insane. He performed too well as both , so that led to nerfs.
