When you feed the jungle he brings that feed to all the lanes. At least if you feed a lane it stays there for the most part...

A good laner that's fed knows when to roam. Kill gold diminishes when someone dies repeatedly without getting a kill or assist to reset, so... Yeah.

A good, fed laner is going to roam to get everyone ahead anyway.

oh yea I get that but at that point there isn't much you can do besides call mia and ward

If the jungle turns kills into map pressure and presence it is fine. If they try to play a pve game and only farm jungle only stepping out to try and take a kill in a lane then yeah they probably shouldn't be getting the kills.
