It's so annoying to get through the bans, the loading screen, and the queue time only to have to requeue because of a remake. Both teams should get 20-30 IP just because this is such a tedious process.
Edit: If you're in the DCed player's premade, no IP for you.

LostFr0st1 votesIt's intentional. People were farming ip in the coop AI versions of TT and SR for the base ip for winning the game, so they had to put in a minimum timer due to ip farm abuse.
Mig891 votesNo... You could easily get a bad matchup, remake, and get some LP for nothing in your idea. I've used it twice since it's been released and couldn't be happier. remake is a beautiful thing as it currently is. I'm a support main though so i don't understand the problem of waiting for a queue.
