@RIOT: Please, at least make Executioner's Calling not build into this super slot efficient item.

It already shuts down a whole class of champions all by itself, I understand that it has an upgrade, but make it an Item thats just for the GW passive! Its already strong enough as it is.

Make EC an Item with a 25% GW and later build into an Item with 40%. But letting it build into the new last whisper, giving it LW powerfull passive AND GW (2 super powerfull passives that totaly kill tanks) is just insane. PLEASE! I know you HATE tanks from the bottom of your hearts, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DONT DO THIS! Dont let these two insane powerfull passives combine to one!

Who am I kidding, as if RIOT would reconsider an Item... just to HELP tanks... if it would benefit tanks... THAT would be when they would take action.
