Add a smurf button for veterans of leauge

My friend can't get into leauge because he keeps getting placed with smurfs. i really want him to level up as he is currently level 10 but he keeps getting shat on by smurfs. It should be like this-

Beginner \ Veteran \ Expert \ Smurf (or Experienced )

There riot, the problem is... Halfway solved. some smurfs might try to pick beginner but this could fix the game for new players.

smurfs are assholes who are in high elo and make new players have no fun or equal experience

Im pretty confident at level 13 or so the smurfs get put into their own category and the rest stay in theirs since the MMRS are so different.

and when you do make a new account they ask what your prior experience with league is, its just that Smurfs dont tell the truth.
