Let's Give X the Y Treatment

I'm an X main and lately I've been feeling like X is outclassing others/being outclassed in Top/Mid/Bot/Jungle. Y has recently received a buff/nerf/rework that has brought this champion up/down to par with other champions. This change in Y emphasized the skill needed to play him/her while still retaining healthy counterplay options for those against Y. Thus, it would be a good idea to apply this change to X.

Repeat ad infinitum for champions A, B, C, D, E, ..., Z, Za, Zb, ... until all champions in a particular role are the same.

Let's give Ekko the Veigar treatment and give his aoe stun a .75 second delay.

And change his ult ratio from 1.2 to 1.0, that'll give him counterplay.

Er, I actually wouldn't be opposed to a slight ratio nerf. His ult does have a ton of counterplay, since you can see where the ghost is heading for four seconds to the point he uses his ult. It's all about positioning and planning, but it shouldn't have too much burst when it already has that heal. 1.0 AP ratio is already deadly enough to kill squishies, just ask Blitzcrank.
