Adding Critical Strike to Nashor's Tooth

Adding Critical Strike Chance to the Nashor's Tooth recipe could bring more dynamic to basic Attacks when using the item. Two options appear for this: Zeal and Cloak of Agility . Zeal grants an additional +5% Movement Speed bonus, while Cloak of Agility is cheaper. The cost of Nashor's Tooth from its current recipe is Stinger (1100 Gold), Fiendish Codex (900 Gold), and 1000 Gold. Zeal costs 1200 Gold, but because Zeal puts in the +15% Attack Speed that Nashor's Tooth lacks from Stinger, approximately 400 Gold is absent from the combine cost, thus making Zeal's effective combine cost 800 Gold for +10% Critical Strike Chance and +5% Movement Speed. Cloak of Agility costs 800 Gold, and leaves only a +5% Critical Strike Chance to be purchased with the combine cost, which is therefore an effective combine cost of or less than than 200 Gold (an additional 25% of the basic item's statistics should cost the same as or less than 25% of the original value to allow Gold efficiency). Nashor's Tooth with Critical Strike should remain at or above the 3000 Gold mark since it's such a strong hybrid damage item, maybe even up to 100 Gold off from Rabadon's Deathcap and/or Infinity Edge because Nashor's Tooth is like an "in between" of the two. Increasing the total cost to 3800 Gold would not raise nor decrease the combine cost regardless of if Zeal or Cloak of Agility is used, and would retain gold efficiency. An option to alter Nashor's Tooth's recipe is to reduce the total amount of Ability Power that Nashor's Tooth provides, allowing a cheaper purchase, perhaps at 3700 Gold, which is happily in between Rabadon's Deathcap (3600 Gold) and Infinity Edge (3800 Gold), albeit reducing the Ability Power stat could reduce game balance. Another option is to decrease the original combine cost of Nashor's Tooth below 1000 Gold, but excellent bonuses may require a high cost for balance, as well. Or, both options may be combined.
