It means that the support, while they DO ward more than any other role, CAN'T keep vision of the entire map.
Even if we are at ward cap, the map is still going to be dark unless you provide some vision yourself.

AdeBug11 votesI think the biggest mistake is to stop warding when you're behind. If you're ahead and you're taking their jg, at least 1 person will ward deep. But if your team is behind and they're taking YOUR jungle, it's like insta every1 stops warding and I'm begging every1 to ward to no avail, so there's no come back if we keep being jumped from random bushes.
JVP151 votesThe only problem is that it is very dangerous for a support (who is likely to be anywhere from 2-4 levels behind on the losing team compared to the winning team's laners) to ward your own jungle because of how easy you are to kill. A random jungler could come out at any moment from any number of fog of war places and there isn't much a support can do about it. Now how 2 people going into the jungle to ward together? Fat chance. In my ELO, it is highly unlikely a behind solo laner would give up CS just to ward with the support. I speak from experience.
Mysticman891 votesWarding in numbers is still pretty sparsely done in my elo, and it's more me thinking 'oh hey there goes our jg to do ???, maybe I'll follow him and drop some wards' rather than actual coordination.
When things are going rough and warding gets scary, it can turn into a routine of backing for wards, firing a skillshot into the nearest brush, warding it, backing for more wards, repeating on the next furthest out brush, and so on. It's a tedious process of warding probably not so useful places just so you can safely ward more useful places, but it at least can push out your ward line slowly but surely.

Unless you CONSTANTLY use your control wards and trinkets, the map will be dark. And you shouldn't burn trinkets, because it's always good to keep one ward on you, especially lategame.

xevi1 votesVision is as useful as the players that use it. In bronze, you can have the whole map warded and mid laners will be surprised when the support roams mid, and when they die, they'll blame bot for not calling mia.

Sure we can keep a quadrant of the map warded if we're backing to refill sightstone, but beyond that we do need help. Honestly, if everyone's dropping their trinket wards on CD, we can keep half the map fully warded at all times.
King LeBong1 votesSeeing as how you took the time to look up my account, you would also realize I have roughly 30 games played on this account(or somewhere around that). I'm not a gold player so you can keep that out of your conversation, there was no reason to even put that in the comment.
I would like to point out that the entire map doesn't have to be warded, only important areas in certain points of the game need to be controlled, so while the support can't do every bit of warding they can control enough for their team to heavily benefit from it.
My question still stands though, how is not common knowledge that everyone should be warding to the best of their abilities?

All my comment was meant to communicate is that down here in Bronze, you can't take anything for granted. Teams do things for no reason whatsoever and players don't understand that placing a single control ward after their first back does not mean they're doing their part to ward the map.

Honestly if in bronze, I'd be grateful if anyone buys any control wards at all. Atleast they're doing something, where as back in S4 I saw bronze games from someone I was coaching where not a single ward was placed. Not even a trinket, ever.

: Infinite wards. Best used in own jungle. Best used on those bushes in the sidelane noone ever goes in once laning phase is over. Good to keep track of who is pushing what where.

Each person can drop one every 60 seconds. Assuming you get level 9 around 10 minutes into the game, and the game lasts 30 minutes, if everyone had one then it would mean 100 wards that are permanent. That would be freaking amazing.
The catch is getting people to actually remember trinkets exist.
