I dont think OP implied that, its more like adcs are total garbo right now that those champs are actually the highest win rate "adc" champs lol.

ADC Kog has always been pretty bad in solo q due to the nature of the champion.
The fact it has a highest win rate atm pretty much shows how fucked up the adc role is right now.
