How should you build Viktor now and in what order?

Elite4Runner1 votesI'm certainly not a Viktor main so don't take my opinion with too much regard.
However, I would think that Lich Bane is a very important item for him.
I honestly think if you need to add Abyssal Scepter, replace Void Staff. I'm assuming that you are valuing the CDR and MR over the AP and Magic Pen. If not, and you wouldn't mind trading 10% CDR for being able to hold on to some of that Magic Pen. swap your Boots of Lucidity out for Sorcerers Shoes.
As for Zhonia's Hourglass, I would say if you feel like you need this, you might be better off not picking up Rabadon's Deathcap. In my opinion, Deathcap is an item that you get when you are ahead and need an offensive item to close the game. Zhonia's is more for when you are behind or even and are worried that your enemies will out scale you.
DoktorKaiser1 voteslul, sorc boots suck on viktor, he needs cdr but cant buy morello because of the spot that hextech core takes, so lucidity are a must buy, ludens at least for me is also a must buy, build it instead of rylai, I know lich bane is extremely good item on vik but I usually swap it out if I must buy a zhonya, but realistically you should swap rabadons for zhonyas and I never bought abyssal on him, it wastes the item slot honestly.

I kind of like that because new Rylais feels kind of lackluster. Is Rylais no longer core? Why does Probuild.net continue to love it so much?
Also, how good is 
as a rush item? Why is it ok to rush it on Lux after Morello but generally not ok to rush it on Vik?
zaire901 votesPeople like rylais because of the ult synergy but that's about all it has going for it i like the ludens rush if you're ahead but still finish the hex core 1st. Also instead of lucidity i would say get penetration boots also if the enemy team doesnt have many ways to engage on you then i would say replace zhonyas with morellinomicon

So let's say I really like .
But I find myself needing either because they have a Zed or because its late game, I'm not getting the peel soon enough and feel like I'm getting deleted too much.
Assuming I have to remove either Lich Bane, Rabadon, or Void Staff... which should go? Or would this be the time to switch out Rylais?
