Had a high gold adc say this shit to me. He flamed me saying he wouldn't hit his powerspike to carry because of me and then I proceeded to tank a turret long enough for mid lane to get a triple. But nah that 1 kill i took bot really screwed us.

Most of the time when another laner does this they don't do one of two things that would justify taking the farm:

they either don't bother waiting for the minion wave to push to allied turret and last-hit under tower (it'd be better to kite/tank enemy wave till another allied minion wave came which would cause the opposite of what i'll describe below)
or they clear the enemy minion wave without shoving all the way to the opposing tower

If U don't do either of the above, then in most cases the wave will slow-push towards the enemy. This allows the enemy mid laner to freeze the wave and put your midlaner at an even more disadvantageous position. Ur essentially turning a misplay into a lost lane, and maybe even a lost game all for like 100 more gold and minimal exp.

It's one thing to steal farm, but another to screw over a teammate.

I have the problem with some ADC. They ping mercilessly when I take a few CS as a support.

Those minions are going to die to the towers and the gold is going to go to waste. Are you that selfish?

Depends on the situation mid lane.

If the minions would just die to tower, go ahead and kill them. If they're just a bit pushed towards me though, I'll get pretty annoyed; that's the ideal position to have your wave generally, but so many people push it out when they see it like that.

I never flame a teammate over it though, and only ping up to 3 times (that's only if they're pushing it to just outside the enemy tower range; I play a lot of immobile mages).

NO ITS ABOUT PEOPLE BEING ASSHATS. there was no team fight, we were getting ready for a baron and i had both off cd so i went to bot lane really quickly to push that wave with the cannon minion with my item 3060 item 3512 to create pressure by that lane pushing super hard so some one on their team had to react to it and then i rotated back to baron cleared vision with item 3364 and used item 2045 to ward and we secured baron while their adc went to handle the massive wave crashing at the inhib turret in bot lane. i was told i had to many cs

I swear this happens all the time when I support. Usually, my ADC either Dies, or has to pull out cause he's low on Health. And I end up punishing the enemy bot lane, since they over extended, trying to kill the ADC.

And if it's not me, It the Jungler. While the ADC is back on the fountain, I end up feeding those kills to our Jungler. Usually works since the enemy is already worn out. And it puts me ahead of the ADC, since I still get the Assist gold.

team fighting is more than just being present at the fight. Team fighting also consists of applying pressure in other lanes because is forces the enemies to send at least one player away from their group to deal with a split push against something like item 3512 item 3060 or at the very least the enemy will be distracted by it. If you have a very strong split-push team you can easily force an enemy team to stay divided among the different lanes or they lose objectives.

i was playing Braum and i had a nice lamer that gave me all the cannons so i could pop my fucking item 3302 , then gave me some farm so i could complete items when i asked. Ended up getting full build much faster and blocking everything for my carry...one of the best games yet

sometimes instead you find the adc that even if you have item 3302 will try his best and even use his skills to kill the minion before you. That's especially annoying when you play thresh because you don't execute them so it's a bit easier for them to prevent you to kill those minions.

when i play thresh, i just anticipate my teammates to never allow me to proc it, so i mostly just keep it at tier 1 and try to stick with item 3190 for the active (unless the enemy team, for some reason, decides full-AD-no-AP is the best comp ever)

thresh needs that extra 70hp from item 3302 or he'd lose most engages early game, as he's more of all-in than poke. Besides, getting item 3301 has bad synergy with his ability to roam and gank early game.

ok if im playing thresh i have a 0-12-18 set up. i run flat armor reds, flat hp seals, 1 flat armor quint, 2 gold per ten quints, cdr blues.

that gives me from runes and masteries +122 hp at lvl 1 +12 armor ( +6 armor/mr in lane with legendary gaurdian) 13% cdr lvl 1 for more hooks the item 3301 gives gold per cs that dies +5% cdr +25% mana regen when you build the full item item 3069 you get +45 armor +10% cdr + 150% hp regen +75% mana regen a free passive to get +ms near turrets + the active aoe speed boost that can get you in position or disengage let alone the gold income +6 gold plus the free hp +10hp for every cs that dies

the issue with Thresh and item 3302 is its hard to proc the passive correctly due to him having a ranged auto attack you can actually caused missed cs when the passive execute dont proc. it is easier to use if you are able to proc the passive the same time the passive on your E that gives bonus damage on next auto at the same time.

that being said mid and late game item 3069 provides more utility and more armor for Thresh

idk in ur elo but in my elo, people dont know how to deny me from collecting souls so i already get a lot of armor. 450 HP does better job for that reason in my elo.

and the proc thingy, just git gud at csing by playing other roles (i play adc secondary)

obviously, people dont lemme proc them mid~late game. Even so, the 2gold/10sec is just too valuable compared to 6g/minion during that phase, as hard cc supports need to roam especially a lot to be useful ~~i wonder why even LCS support players generally dont bother procing them after laning phase~~

This happened to me once. I was naut support and couldn't do much of any real tanking because of my lack of gold. Thankfully my team understood, but god damn tank items are expensive.
