What's the balance team's idea behind Kha'Zix right now?

Is he in a spot where you'd like to flip his gameplay again? or is it pretty much set in stone his dependency on isolation for kills? I know in the past patch notes it's been made a point that riot wants kha'zix to jump in and cut people up as a squishy assassin, usually at the expense of evolution diversity.

I guess what i'm trying to ask is, Do you guys want him to be the isolation assassin first, and the evolving champion second, or the other way around?

I personally really like the focus on Isolation, it gives him a decently high skill floor relative to other assassins, and adds depth to his gameplay a lot of other assassins don't have.

Also, in a semi-related note, are splash updates on the table for the newer champs like Kha'zix, Zed, etc?
