AP Jhin is really strong

Alright I'm gonna start off by saying it -might- be broken just MAYBE but I'm not sure as I've only seen it in like 3 games.

But seriously why is he so good as AP?

I'm not saying we should prevent Jhin from building AP maybe its just a personal preference kinda thing but isn't he supposed to be an ADC? I figured Riot would kinda frown upon a strictly ADC champ whos entire kit is build to help him be an ADC building AP and doing maybe even better then he would AD.

I noticed a couple of things in my last game against Jhin AP :

1. His AD scaling abilities still do shit loads of damage his bouncing grenade was doing like 500 damage with 0 AD

2. His traps have a stupid high AP ratio so he can delete anyone who gets caught in one (and this happens if he plans it right I watched him one shot my nasus last game who had like 200~ish mr if I recall correctly.

So is this intentional? Or is this something riot might want to change so he can't go AP anymore and find great success
