Higher IP gain by filling "Needed" slots in "Team Builder"

When you enter team builder you see 4 options that say what positions the teams need.

I've never once seen these 4 options -without- the need for a support. Team builder doesn't even have long wait times if you take a support with you to the game. However if you don't bring your own support, you'll be waiting 4 years to find one because no one plays support.

Could we offer some sort of IP boost if you fill a slot like that? If you click on the "Teams are looking for" and select one of those options could we get like 50-100 extra IP after the game just for that? It would solve a lot of the problems that come with waiting for a support.

This Works a lot better than just offering extra to supports (which will be abused by people saying they're supports when they're not). I think the best would just be to queue as "fill" and you instantly join the longest queued team with 4 people in it and you take the open spot. If the team kicks you or you leave, you get a time penalty from the bonus (to prevent people hopping with it to try to find something other than support).

Even just having the option would be huge. The IP bonus would be icing on the cake.

Even worse than no supports... troll supports who have never played the role and/or completely intend to play as a mage/assassin/fighter/whatever and just grab the slot for the IP. Much as I hate to say it, this is not a good idea.
