I get that it's easy to force a theme like "Spooky"/Halloween on a yordle. But are we seriously giving Teemo another skin?

Zilean came out in 2009 and he has less skins then basically everyone released after him. Even Brand has more skins and he was released in 2011

normally i would frown another new Teemo skin, however it is him shedding his mortal form and showing the true self, so i approve

Teemo has 8 Skins. Recon (12/09), Happy Elf (12/09), Badger (1/10), Astronaut (10/10), Cottontail (4/11), Super (10/11), Panda (7/12), Omega Squad (4/15).
I can only presume that you came up with 10 by counting his default skin and the proposed Skin.
Teemo is one of 17 champions listed with a 2/09 release. He's very middle of the pack when compared to the other 16.

Teemo is also hitting the 18 month mark and was #25 (was going to drop to #23 after Star Guardian Line was officially released).
Snow Day Bard is only 10 months out. Unreasonable to expect Bard priority.
Program Lissandra is only 6 months out. Even less reasonable.
Zilean will be back in the top 30 once the Star Guardians and Teemo drop out. He already has a Snowdown skin, but he could pick up the Chinese New Year. I'm sure he's on the radar.
Zyra is ... neglected. That has never been a secret. I'm surprised they haven't pulled a 1350 Snowdown skin for her and think she's one of the strongest candidates for one.
The Top 15 (of which Zyra is one) are probably all sitting back in the Skin Team's corner for Big Project Status (unless they are explicitly up for VGU). Poppy and Janna were both hitting that mark so I was not surprised at all to see them roll out with 1350 skins. And I think that's just how it is. When a champion has waited years for a skin, the Skin Team is going to want to bring them back Big. Like Mecha Zero Sion or Pool Party Taric or even Blood Moon Kennen. The only big name I can come up with that had a lackluster addition was Nocturne (think he was in the top 15 when he picked up Revenant).
So here's to hopes for a Snow Maker Rumble and Ice Fairy Zyra. ^_^
