PBE Elise Cocoon buffs

She lost her identity through continued nerfs and became a stunbot. K Then she became a useless stunbot after more nerfs. K So you buff her stun to bring her back into playability. K

Riot, when can I get AP ratios on her instead of useless shit I don't need? Because, I don't know about most people, but I don't find playing tanky stunbot very rewarding when I could just play since they all fulfill that role much more effectively in teamfights AND still have relevant damage ratios on their skill/actual base damage.
