@Riot: Where is Quinn on the Buff/rework radar?

Like, she is a super awesome champion concept (I mean, hawkgirl with a crossbow? YES!), but she sees little to no play competitively and the only players doing well with her are players that have mastered her; and even then the winrate still hovers around 47-51%

In my mind she can do a lot of different things, but she just is subpar in all of them.

As an ADC she has decent kiting and a blind, but the low damage/range and mediocre/inconsistent steroid make her a poor pick compared to other ADCs. Forget the fact your ult is useless compared to most ADCs.

As a top laner she has decent range and poke potential, but her damage falls off huge so she can't hyper carry from it late game, and she lacks any solid CC so building her as a bruiser is subpar as well.

Oddly enough her jungle clear and sustain(due to blind) is actually decent and due to her E and ranged autos her ganks can be devastating, but other champs are just as good if not better at it, and come late game she is gold starved ON TOP of her poor scaling.

She is just in that spot where she suffers an identity crisis and due to that her gameplay suffers and doesn't "feel good" to play.

So like the topic said, I just kind of want to know if she is on your radar, and if so how long it will be before I can expect any substantial gameplay updates for her. Thanks for reading!

It's more when she uses her ult, she has no passive and effectively becomes a melee AD Carry that has NO defensive at all, even yasuo has a windwall and a passive shield. She's an awesome champion, but if you get behind it's very hard to come back. Also, if you're behind, your ult is subpar as well, no point having an ult that fucks your lane presence even more when you're behind right, it's basically a subpar 140 second escape sometimes. That saying, she has tons of burst damage if she's ahead, but it's not easy at ALL, in fact, it's actually really rare. She's not like a vayne that will have a guaranteed 270 true damage every third hit, and she's also 525 range with a gap closer, a gap closer as an adc, not a dash or blink, and it's not a vayne tumble either, it's a flat out gap closer that brings you into easy cc range and then at 525 range again, and it does give a nifty slow though :o.

I kind of wish they went for the dual wielding melee assassin quinn, and if they rework her into the original idea, I won't even be mad, just as long as Valor's still there.

I mean, she's meant as a duelist, but there's no opportunity to be a duelist as a super squishy adc in this 15 minute teamfight meta. She's also no hyper scale Fiora or Assassin, like you said, she has bad scalings and relies on her passive and auto's for damage "for the most part". Which brings me back to the original point, she doesn't have a passive in her ult, like no, that negates a huge part of her damage, stop D:/

I'd just like to draw your attention to these stats:

HOLY SHIT! Buffing that would be scary. Look at those graphs. LOOK AT THEM! I would expect nerfs the second she sees a pick rate higher than 2%.

However, if she doesn't feel good to play then she needs an update. What would you change on her (bearing in mind each buff needs a significant trade-off given her stats).
