Is it just me?

the amount of teasers, effort and beauty into all the teasers and hype for Jhin, just kinda of a let down when he came out? His splash is alright, could have been way better, his character model looks like Fiddlesticks? And also, his kit has nothing to do for his lore? I don't know I'm just kinda of let down.
