Upcoming Talon Nerf

He really needs that nerf since he snowballs harder than any other champ in the game.

As someone who used to play quite a bit of Talon, its hilarious how quickly his ult is up after having JUST used it, he's basically got it up for nearly every encounter given that he usually builds (or at least when I played him he did, not sure about now) some form of CDR.

Probably hits him decently hard.

Well the mana cost nerf is part of standardization so we can effectively ignore it.

I guess it just makes him less snowball-y, and easier to shut down. He's still just as capable of killing squishies, it's just he doesn't get to do it as frequently or run away invisible as much.

At least it's just a CD nerf. I would be sad if they did something like reduce E range or ult in is duration.

Lowers his snowball potential without really changing his late game. It's probably the lightest nerf we've seen in a very long time. lol.
