"Its a Team game"
Saying "It's a Team Game" sounds more like a excuse then a actual cause. It's the same as people who use "Family", "Parents", or "Kids" as excuses for not doing something in there life. Just cause it's a "Team Game" doesn't mean you hold yourself accountable for other people's dumb mistakes and than get raged at by the team why you weren't there. Sometimes Split pushing is a better Option than "Group mid"
