I'm no expert but she needs nerfs. She's amazing in laning phase due to her Q, and in teamfights she's even better due to the crap ton of damage of her ultimate.
Champion.GG isn't always the most accurate for win rates. She is closer to 51 - 53% win rate in most cases. I do agree she needs a nerf, she was quite strong after the buff to her passive (100% damage against towers using Love tap. I don't know if this was buffed before or after 6.18 though). She's most likely going to see some plays in Worlds because of her pure power atm. I believe she could go for some nerfs to her Q ratios. But considering the fact both Youmuu's and Duskblade are receiving significant changes in the Assassin Rework, it is very likely they won't adjust her, as she will most likely be indirectly nerfed then anyways.
Its not the champ ,its the items.Ghostblade ,duskblade.These scales way to good with her.

Want more power shifted back into her basic kit. Atm she just feels like a walking ult for 90% of her plays.
I'm no expert but is seems like you are just typing "champion" in to champion.gg and then posting about "said champion" on forums if their win rate is high.
dont bunch up in team fights or fight in tight spaces and her ult isnt near as effective. and oh one of the champs that countered MF hard people cried and cried and she got nerfed. but she can still counter her.. and as far as mf is concern any kind of silence, displacement, hard cc stops her ult. if she wants to stand there and ult target her if she dont stop her ult to dodge the cc and etc she dies if she moves she cancels her ult
