He ruins every game hes in, hes so safe and overload its absolutely ridiculous to try and fight him as anyone except maybe Leblanc .

from one side he indeed is the safest assasin atm, since zed has that one sec delay and he does rock the game breaking damage

but from the other side .. just freaking dodge and ekko doesnt exist a green wisible clone waiting 3 seconds before tossing a bottle, just move your ass somewhere where he wont aim a boomerang that deals most of its damage on the way back and stopps at the end of its road ... just step to the side and laugh a little and another green clone to show you where is his ult

the thing with this guy is that he gets op damage becuase he has insane counterplay

in my opinion not exactlyy

but its a fact that as he is right now he can be called ballanced, since its more of your fault that he killed you than his skill

ok as an edit ill go indepth on my stance here ekko might be a tad bit too op but we cant say so as far as his kit stays as unreliable as it is

lets look at his comrade representing the same type of kit: SION now the thing with sion is that he is a tank so nobody realy noticed that he is op as fk there were games in my history where as a full tank sion i dealt and tanked the most damage in my team ... making my adc look like a minion the thing is that those champions have their power tied to skill, you are skillfull you get the most of your kit and you dominate, enemies prove to outmatch you ... you dont get anything the thing is that you cant call anyone op when you cant estimate their competition into match ... and you cant estimate the power of a champion who has such a hard time hitting his stuff if someone plays good he is meant to destroy you and the champion he plays should not be considered op for that reason if someone plays bad he has a full right to lose but that doesnt make their champion underpowered

champions like sion and ekko have a big part of their kit tied to player's actions, if those actions are correct they get aditional rewards, if they are not they get additional punishments (like getting cc'd and killed before you can ult)

and i personaly think that more of our champions should be made in this image but not as extreme, allance is never attainable when our champioons do as much as their numbers allow, on the other hand if champions ballance is decided by players skill then its who plays better not who picks better
