Why do i have to wait 30 minutes for a game because everyone on my team took smite?

i'm so fucking tired of waiting to play a game because i had to dodge some angsty teenagers trolling each other. they say some bullshit about how if they let ppl dodge que times would be rediculous well 30 fucking minutes for every other game in bronze is pretty fucking rediculous. It's not every other game either it could be 2 hours before i get to play a game sometimes. get on my smurf yea fuck you riot i'm not buying into that scam. just let me dodge a few assholes here and there?!?!?!?

3 dodges a day before the timer kicks in? that would be so amazing!!!

i cuss a lot dont get offended.

You don't get 30 minutes for dodging once in a while or rarely. It builds up, which means you're dodging more often and it's punishing you for dodging so much.

It doesn't matter why you dodge, the game just doesn't want you to dodge.

which begs the question how has this company been around this long and not found a way to discourage this bullshit.

there has got to be a way to put some kind of measure in place where the whole team can vote to dodge or something like what the fuck is this shit i could figure out a hundred ways to solve this problem if i sat down to think about it i bet.

accepted long ago but this is just a lack of though which almost seems intentional on riots part.

i refuse to believe that the current system is even close to the best solution to this problem

I know you're mad but I want to point out that "some angsty teenagers" probably isn't accurate. Being angsty doesn't have anything to do with deciding to take all smite, and the playerbase has a lot more adults than you think (which yeah, makes it more sad that they'd be acting like that).

Also, it's not Riot's "scam" that they don't want infinite dodges, there are definately people who would simply sit there dodging games and wasting people's time (or just constantly dodge until they get a matchup they want). Three dodges a day would also screw with a lot of higher ELO matchmaking, since it's not uncommon to be matched with people over and over because of a smaller playerbase. This would mean you could use dodges daily to make sure a certain player was on your team rather than the other's.
