Considering that you can already have success with him in the jungle, but still it's not very viable, could we have some tweaks to his kit so that he could clear decently against monsters and be little bit more reliable in DA FOREST?

But yes, I would like to see him more oftenly in the jungle, Im a main Quinn JG (and I also play Kog JG) and I believe he needs some buffs in that area, but just play yourself as shaco does, ask for a quick clear in red and then go counter JG with

Being a stealth character, playing from the jungle just makes way more sense! I for one, have always liked the idea of jungle twitch much more than lane twitch.
