Seriously.. keep his sustain, I don’t want him to be a burster. I like how his w deals with phase rush, and just reworking all of his abillities is pointless.
He has a 52.5 percent win rate, and has a high skill cap. The people who play him have took a long time to learn this champion, and reworking a good champion is just stupid.

Well I guess that's one way to deal with the abundance of micro-cc like aatrox Q by making him burstier, but this sounds like BurstPerSecond adc's era not good at all. It might be what he needs, hopefully like teemo PBE changes, if it does seem good it won't ship to live.
Yeah... hes hardto use. I tried to get into him for a while after a couplegood games with him, but i was just like nah my anivia wouldve done so much better. He's a well balanced champ with a unique playstyle and requires skill.
Phase rush has nothing to do with his damage .
