Nobody is looking at the randuins crit reduction, which could easily remove 130 damage from a late game adcs crit (or yasuo) at the cost of 10-20 armor off a few pieces, a little hp lost, and a slightly higher cost? Wtf

Not even mentioning some of the sweet new hp stacking items.

These changes hurt yasuo more than ANY champion and he's not that strong (pen on ULT and crit reduc).

Be quiet about thornmail it's still a niche item and is stronger for mal and rammus.

10 armor off frozen heart doesn't stop it from being good efficient.

Randuins got a straight buff.

To reduce an attack's damage by 130, that attack would have to crit for 1300 damage pre-mitigation.

That's entering 6-item Draven Q levels of pre-mitigation damage in the very very lategame.

And it sure as hell doesn't make up for losing 100 health and 10 armor the whole rest of the game.

Ninja tabi is better, because it has a better 10% reduction. D:

And for the frozen heart, most of its power budget also lies in mana, which by the end of the day is a wasted stat if you don't use it well enough.

It needs to be cost effecient so mana hungry champs can lane against energy bastards who dont need to invest in it.

how do you figure 130 dmg easily? unless said yasuo has last whisper 100% crit and full dmg build. even then it wont be that much.

Uhhh yes. And an ADC can hit 1300 with 5 itEMS. also yasuo easily can with his core build.

It also hurts Ashe, all her improved AA are counted as crits(so every AA except first one).
