Sooo the enemy can see Talon's ulty when he is inside a bush

How is that fair? You gutted his MS you made it almost mandatory to use the Q in melee range if you wanna kill anything that's not at 40% hp you also made the E cancel the ulty for some ungodly reason and then for some more counterplay you made the ulty visible when he is inside a bush unseen by the opposing team? Isn't that a little too much?
