is there an official rule from Riot where you are required to call lanes in blind and you can be reported for refusing a lane or not calling one?

GreenKnight1 votesIt's not a rule, but don't be an asshole by not running the call order. It usually works, but then again, some people will just troll ya anyway. That's why i dropped playing blinds.
