Playing against Hecarim

As ashe is hell O.o he does a lot of damage and is pretty tanky :S, what I found to be pretty broken on him is that his MS boost can't be stopped no matter what, if I arrow him when he's running for me, the stun will run off and he will STILL be able to jump at me x_x don't you guys think that this buff of him should have some form counterplay?

and I know I know, adcs main complaining about getting gimped, but seriously, I wasn't able to do anything on that game even if my team had quite the lead early on :S if you see the overview on my game, you'll see that I died a lot to diving and whatnot, the Hecarim player did his job perfectly and I did poorly by pushing constantly but he was able to run from mid to bot way too quick, even pushing with my support by my side didn't help much.

I'm not saying hecarim is OP or Ashe is weak but this match up is straight hell for the Ashe player
