New bruiser Fizz build?

Wondering how you're supposed to build him. Would triforce or wits end be better? I'm leaning towards wits end. I think you'll maybe wanna build full tank (With cdr) after that? benefit of wits end: more attack speed = more W procs! Also gives on hit damage to q, and makes autos deal a lot more damage. Lowers magic resistance, which is the damage Fizz deals. Also, makes Fizz tankier.
