I rarely see a Karthus. His ult is really cool and at times very good but it is forced to have a long CD so it cant be spammed. What if he would get a little bit of time off of it if he gets a kill with it?

Karthus doesn't need to be promoted for getting kills with his ult its already such an influential skill. and riot would most likely nerf his ult in other ways for this "buff" so it would make karthus worse when behind knowing their track record.

Cruk1 votesI think that giving Karthus ult ANY buffs is extremely scary, an ult that never misses and deals damage to ALL enemy champions (granted they dont blow a cooldown to avoid it) and scales extremely well into the late game, If you would want to buff any OTHER aspects of Karthus maybe, but really his ult is just so good lol
