Who's stronger after The Hunt?

So, for most people it should be obvious what The Hunt is, but for those who don't here's a quick summary. The Hunt is a lore based thing put into the game between Rengar and Kha'Zix. At a certain point in the game, a quest will appear for all to see in game, showing that The Hunt has begun. The Hunt ends with either Rengar kills or participates in a kill against Kha'Zix, and vice versa.

Before the assassin rework, when Rengar won the hunt he would get max stacks on his bone tooth necklace, as well as increased jumping range from a bush, and Kha'Zix would unlock his fourth and final evolution point. But now after the assassin rework, Kha'Zix still gets the fourth evolution point, but with Rengar, he no longer gains the additional jumping range, but instead he gains a 6th stack in his new passive, granting him 21 bonus ad and +42% bonus ad.

So a quick recap. Kha'Zix can become fully evolved, and Rengar's passive goes from 15 bonus ad and +30% bonus ad, too 21 bonus ad and +42% bonus ad.

So now I ask the question in the title.
