Karma Rework idea.

Hi! With the high amount of discussion revolving Karma right now, I was quite interested in putting across the idea I've had for Karma. Personally I view Karma as very much a Battle Support and I believe she could perform well moreso as an Aggressive style gameplay then a passive one, especially considering this could push her more towards the midlane as well as support. Here goes:

Passive: Passive remains mostly the same, only except the Ultimate CDR from Auto-attacks is removed.

Q: Function of the Q remains the exact same as linear damage skillshot. Lower the ratios on the Empowered Q skill shot from 60% (For the detonation) to 45%.

W: Function of the W remains the same, with the cable link snaring after the intial duration. The Cable is able to damage enemies it passes through, same as pre-rework karma, damage can only be applied twice per cable, dealing flat damage of 50 - 120 Magic damage (25% AP Ratio). Additional indicator to show the length required to break the cable.

E: E fundamentally remains the same, Return the burst damage on the Empowered E that was removed shortly after rework. Deals flat damage of 60 - 180 Magic Damage ( 30% AP Ratio.) Remove the Empowered E Shield Scaling.

R: Karma's ultimate remains mostly the same as the rest of her abilities, Karma's Ultimate is able to hold up to Two Charges, the same spell can not be used twice in succession.

These are my suggestions for Karma, as far as it goes, her kit remains mostly the same, the only side changing is shifting her Kit to a lot more of a damage focused kit then a mixed bag of offensive and defensive with a none too high skill cap. My reasoning behind changing Karma's ultimate to hold 2 charges, but not allow repeat, is because I felt holding the charges to be unique pre-rework. I feel like having Karma's players having to decide what abilty to use after their initial would assist in improving her skill cap. Do you want to Snare then With W and Run with E? Or go in for the kill with the empowered W and following it up by an empowered Q? It was also to avoid any sort of comparison to Leblancs repeating Ultimate. The only downside to this Kit is that it would most definitely shift her further away from an Enchanter type role, but that being said, she could function similar to my current view of Zyra, too weak for Mid, too strong for bot.

If you have any comments about whether you agree or disagree please let me know!

W: Function of the W remains the same, with the cable link stunning after a duration. Additional indicator to show the length required to break the cable.

I think a stun on Karma's W might be a little excessive, I like the tether pass through damage though, would be cool if it applied a hard but brief slow or a short root enemies who touch it.

E: E fundamentally remains the same, Return the burst damage on the Empowered E that was removed shortly after rework. Deals flat damage of 60 - 180 Magic Damage ( 30% AP Ratio.) Remove the Empowered E Shield Scaling.

This spell could just be reverted to its pre 5.10 values, it was absolutely fine before and was only removed to buff her passive.

R: Karma's ultimate remains mostly the same as the rest of her abilities, Karma's Ultimate is able to hold up to Two Charges, the same spell can not be used twice in succession.

Mantra charges seem like a good way to reintroduce some depth back into her kit.

The only downside to this Kit is that it would most definitely shift her further away from an Enchanter type role

This isn't a downside, Enchanter should only be secondary to her anyway. She needs her kit to be more focused and distinct, her kit can't offer anything special or unique over other Enchanters, but it can among battle mages.

W - MB, meant to say Snare, I'll correct my mistake in that regard. In regards to a slow, I suppose something similar to Rylai's would be just as effective, I feel a short root would be overkill if it stuck to the two proc regard, maybe like a 0.5 second 50 - 80% slow or something (increased with level). I mainly thought it was nice because it always made farming with her easier.

E - I really appreciated the 5.10 Values, I would like to see them returning to that state.

I also agree that she could really do well in a Battle Mage Setting, that's why I went about trying to clip off some utility to place in more damage throughout her Kit. The Q as much as it is her main attack/damage spell, is limiting because it basically her only attack damage spell. It's nice to hear someone's opinion! Thank you very much!

If she gets a new passive, there's no real reason why she couldn't have her pre-5.10 RE values back.
