Imagine that. It's probably the least discussed topic these days. I remember a surge of "Flash + Ignite only" complaints a few years ago, but it got quiet, and power just shifts around. Barrier went away, and Heal/Ghost became popular. Balance them as you will, but how about a new one? o.o
I'd like to see a passive summoner spell, one that's on all the time or activates when certain conditions are met. Maybe it could give you bonus gold, or extra XP when you farm the jungle, or even enables you to buy items that someone without the summoner couldn't; like Smite does for jungle items.
The question is,
What would we need the new one for?
People are still trying to figure out why cleanse is still a spell.
Mhh, yes, it's about time Flash gets to overshadows another summoner spell.
